Cobb Chamber of Commerce still using the real name for Business Licenses – apparently have not gotten Sam Olens’ memo on name change to attempt to avoid compliance with the law

Cobb County Chamber of Commerce on staring a business in …Cobb. We don’t think that they have gotten the memo on changing reality to suit the Chairman’s agenda. Oops!

Every business in Cobb County must have a proper business license. A Cobb County business license or Business Registration Certificate must be obtained by businesses located only in unincorporated Cobb County and not in the cities within a county. However, mailing addresses are not always indicative of the jurisdiction where licenses should be obtained.
