Johnny Isakson and the<a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/pundits-blog\/immigration\/345145-the-cotton-perdue-raise-act-is-a-refreshing-effort-to-help\"> RAISE Act<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;When asked about an immigration bill co-sponsored by his junior colleague, Sen.
