{"id":882,"date":"2007-07-07T13:35:26","date_gmt":"2007-07-07T17:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.com\/blog\/?p=882"},"modified":"2007-07-07T16:42:16","modified_gmt":"2007-07-07T20:42:16","slug":"friends-of-galeofast-facts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.org\/blog\/2007\/07\/07\/friends-of-galeofast-facts\/","title":{"rendered":"Friends of GALEO&#8230;FAST FACTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There are many more interesting names on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galeo.org\/friends.php\">list of financial supporters of Jerry and GALEO<\/a>, it&#8217;s worth a look!<\/p>\n<p>Can someone explain why the Georgia Labor Commissioner is supporting the same people who lobbied AGAINST <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.com\/blog\/?p=178\">SB 529<\/a>?&#8230;when it is his job to enforce part of the now law?<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bctc.net\/index.cfm?zone=\/unionactive\/view_page.cfm&#038;page=Council20History \">Atlanta and North Georgia Building Trades Council <\/a>is listed as a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.galeo.org\/friends.php \"> friend of GALEO <\/a>&#8230;and a donor ($500.00 minimum annually).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rjgeib.com\/thoughts\/fonda\/fonda.html\">Jane  Fonda<\/a> is on the same list&#8230;a &#8220;Founding Friend&#8221; ( $1000.00 minimum annually), as is immigration lawyer Charles H. Kuck  who is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aila.org\/content\/default.aspx?docid=22668\">president-elect of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA<\/a>) . <\/p>\n<p>One of my favorite quotes from Lawyer Kuck from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601103&#038;sid=aTuRrM8SeHoU&#038;refer=us\">Bloomberg.com: <\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Illegal immigration probably amounts to a million people a year&#8221;, said Charles Kuck, vice president of American Immigration Lawyers Association and a partner in Atlanta-based Kuck, Casablanca &#038; Howard LLC. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are many more interesting names on the list of financial supporters of Jerry and GALEO, it&#8217;s worth a look!
