L. 1972, p. 798), or organized pursuant to Article 6 of this chapter;<\/p>\n<p>(G) An international bank agency doing business in this state on April 1, 1975, pursuant to the former &#8220;International Bank Agency Act,&#8221; approved April 6, 1972 (Ga.
