A. King, a Georgia-based opponent of illegal immigration, said the ban was only the first step. Republican state lawmakers are expected to introduce bills next session to extend the ban to all state colleges and to institute a more aggressive illegal immigration policy similar to one in Arizona. &#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>&#8220;An earlier version of this article misstated D.A. King&#8217;s position on immigration.
