8 USC 1623<\/a>, which, as you know, addresses and limits eligibility for preferential treatment of aliens not lawfully present on basis of residence for higher education benefits.<\/p>\nAs a proud but concerned U.S. citizen, I am hereby respectfully requesting an investigation and that any resulting case be forwarded to the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia for prosecution. <\/p>\n
I am able and quite willing to provide any further information that may assist your investigators in this matter, including copies of official BOR policy and countless examples of public admission in the media of these actions by members of the BOR and their official spokespersons. <\/p>\n
I am quite curious to learn if there are groups of persons for whom American laws officially do not apply and who are somehow immune from investigation and prosecution.<\/p>\n
