We documented, among other things, a growing list of holes in the border fence, apparently created to let water through (but that&#8217;s not all). I see that Numbers USA let us know that<a href=\"http:\/\/www.numbersusa.com\/content\/news\/september-29-2009\/border-fence-debate-stalling-homeland-security-spending-bill.html\"> the House is debating the border fence <\/a>question. I cannot think of a more important issue.
