Hernandez drove his SUV into a pickup truck, sending the truck and victims inside careening into a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop in Aurora, Colo., according to the Denver Post. The wreck claimed the lives of the two women in the truck and killed the little boy inside the shop. Just so the activists over La Raza get the picture, that little boy had a name: Marten Kudlis.<\/strong><br \/>\nHernandez is being held on three counts of vehicular homicide, reckless driving and hit and run, and his bail has been set at $250,000.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Adding to the shock of Hernandez\u2019 killing these three is the defendant\u2019s past. Hernandez, 23, an illegal alien from Guatemala, has been arrested some 16 times in the past five years on charges including forgery, assault, theft, fraud and driving under restraint. Police nailed him again in July, according to the Post.
