The response came back shortly afterward.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Quick question:<br \/>\nCobb Probate Court.<\/p>\n<p>Before we make the trip to the courthouse, please tell me if the federal EAD (work permit) is sufficient proof of lawful presence for purposes of satisfying that requirement on the concealed carry license application for a foreign citizen who has deferred action on deportation (DACA) status.
