{"id":12033,"date":"2018-05-16T11:03:59","date_gmt":"2018-05-16T16:03:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.org\/blog\/?p=12033"},"modified":"2018-05-16T11:05:01","modified_gmt":"2018-05-16T16:05:01","slug":"ierb-open-records-request-may-16-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.org\/blog\/2018\/05\/16\/ierb-open-records-request-may-16-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"IERB Open records request May 16, 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sent at noon, today, May 16, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IERB:<\/p>\n<p>I have the receipt ($259.95) from my payment to obtain the transcripts of the IERB Feb 28 meeting in which I was not allowed to present evidence before you dismissed multiple complaints.<\/p>\n<p>When I sent my open records request to the IERB for those transcripts of the public meeting, James Balli<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedustininmansociety.org\/blog\/2018\/05\/09\/response-to-open-records-sent-to-ierb\/\"> informed me<\/a> that I must contact the private transcription company and pay for the transcripts. That company told me there would be a delay until the board authorized the release of the transcripts to me.<\/p>\n<p>1) Please cite and send me a copy of the specific legal authority exempting the requested transcripts\/records from disclosure as is required by OCGA 50-18-71.<\/p>\n<p>2) Also, send me a dated copy of any letter\/email sent to me announcing a change in agenda for yesterday\u2019s (May 15, 2018) hearing from the agenda I paste below from the last notice I received from the IERB.<\/p>\n<p>D.A.
