The below link goes to Amendment 6 to HB 673 introduced by Senator Josh McKoon last night on the senate floor. There will be a do-over. <\/strong><\/p>\n We want a YES vote! The illegal alien lobby wants a NO vote.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Senate vote about 10:20 tonight on changing the drivers license Georgia issues to non-citizens who USCIS says lack lawful status so that those licenses are not exactly<\/em> like legal immigrant\u2019s drivers licenses. It was Amendment 6, to HB 673.<\/p>\n Below are the \u201cYES\u201d votes. The rest of the senate either did not vote or voted to keep giving illegal aliens the same drivers license we issue to aliens with lawful status. These licenses can and are used to board airliners and enter federal buildings.<\/p>\n The amendment, from Senator Josh McKoon, required Georgia to follow the REAL ID Act on alternative drivers licenses.<\/p>\n The amendment failed 19-32 in a Republican senate<\/strong><\/span><\/em>.
