Nevertheless, in the process of going around<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/laws\/immigration-and-nationality-act\"> the INA<\/a>, it was used in the REAL ID Act to provide &#8220;lawful status&#8221; to illegal aliens so they can obtain a drivers license.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Question (again) &#8211; how is it constitutional to insert &#8216;deferred action&#8217; into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/xlibrary\/assets\/real-id-act-text.pdf\">REAL ID Act<\/a>\u00a0[<em>see: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS &#8211; (2) (B) EVIDENCE OF LAWFUL STATUS (<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>vii)<\/em> ]\u00a0to provide &#8220;evidence of lawful status&#8221; to illegal aliens, thereby using an\u00a0enforcement priority tool that is <em>not<\/em> law and was never authorized by congress to\u00a0change\u00a0the language, intent and result of the INA that <em>was<\/em> passed by congress? &#8212;&#8212;-<\/strong>Isn&#8217;t that the same as saying law enforcement has the power to invent a way to change federal immigration law if congress skips a step and nobody speaks up?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know how to post the image any larger.
