You MUST speak the native language. <\/p>\n<p>2.  You MUST be a professional or investor.  No unskilled workers are allowed. <\/p>\n<p>3.  There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools, no special ballots for elections, all gov&#8217;t business will be conducted in Spanish. <\/p>\n<p>4.  Foreigners will NEVER have the right to vote. <\/p>\n<p>5.  Foreigners will NEVER be allowed to hold public office. <\/p>\n<p>6.  Foreigners will NOT be a burden to Mexican taxpayers &#8211; no welfare, no health care, or other gov&#8217;t assisted programs. <\/p>\n<p>7.  Foreigners can invest but it must be an amount equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage. <\/p>\n<p>8.  Foreigners are NOT allowed to purchase property in Mexico unless certain &#8220;options&#8221; are approved.  They may NOT purchase waterfront property as that is reserved for only Mexican citizens. <\/p>\n<p>9.  Foreigners may NOT protest &#8211; no demonstrations &#8211; no waving a foreign flag &#8211; no political organizing &#8211; no negative comments about the Mexican president or his policies.  To do so is cause for immediate deportation to your counry of origin. <\/p>\n<p>10.     Illegal aliens in Mexico are considered FELONS.
