“Illegal aliens who have been awarded deferred action on deportation proceedings through the DACA amnesty by both the Obama and Trump [3]administrations are illegal aliens and do not have “lawful presence [4]” says the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The decision was handed down March 6, 2019.” We wrote that up here.  [5]

This seems like something a newspaper that was credible, compelling and complete would have one of its crack investigative journalists…you know… investigate.
