ACTION NEEDED PLEASE! 5 minutes of your time

Obama has nominated an anti-enforcement immigration activist, Dax Lopez, from the Jane-Fonda supported anti-borders GALEO Corp , for federal judge in the Northern District of Georgia. This is a lifetime appointment.

Because of the public pressure created by our recent educational efforts, Lopez resigned from the Board of Directors of the activist group GALEO in early September. He had been on the board since 2004. He served as Treasurer. He helped raise money at GALEO fundraisers as keynote speaker.

He did not resign when GALEO lobbied against numerous state bills aimed at protecting Georgians from the crime of illegal immigration. Or when GALEO joined other leftist groups marching in the streets of Atlanta demanding an end to enforcement of American immigration laws, or when they organized a bus trip to Washington DC to march against immigration enforcement. Or when GALEO lobbied for county sheriffs in Georgia to refuse to honor ICE detainers for criminal illegal aliens. You may remember the case of Kate Steinle.

Lopez stayed with GALEO when its Executive Director, Jerry Gonzalez smeared Cobb County Police, the Cobb Sheriff and the Gwinnett Sheriff as racial profiling bigots for merely using federal programs to locate and report illegal aliens they find in their jails and normal course of duties. Lopez did not resign when GALEO’s Jerry Gonzalez stalked and screamed at state Rep Katie Dempsey at a panel discussion on E-Verify or at state Senator Renee Unterman in the state Capitol either.

Supported in his election by Democrats Roy Barnes and Jason Carter, now DeKalb state court judge Dax Lopez supported the race-baiting, identity politics GALEO corporation as a board member and allowed GALEO to use the prestige of his bench seat when GALEO joined the ACLU and other anti-enforcement groups in a federal lawsuit in an effort to overturn Georgia’s 2011 illegal immigration bill, HB 87.

Lopez did not resign from GALEO when they lobbied against English as our official language. Or when GALEO lobbied against voter ID.

Now, Dax Lopez wants to be a federal judge. For life. We think we have enough Obama-appointed activist federal judges. We hope you do as well.

We are asking that you contact both Georgia U.S. Senators and urge them to “just say no to Dax Lopez.” Contact info at the end of this request.

And we hope you will assist us in soliciting help from Georgia state officials who ran as conservatives to stop consideration of Dax Lopez before that process moves to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Under the “blue slip” process, either one or both of Georgia’s U.S. Senators can end consideration before it moves to committee.

MORE ACTION NEEDED
Please send the below request to your state and local elected officials?

Dear conservative elected official,

We are asking that you send a short letter of objection to both Georgia U.S. senators on further consideration of anti-enforcement Dax Lopez for activist federal judge and to send us an electronic copy for public posting. We are asking that you pick a side.

Gwinnett County Sheriff Butch Conway, Cobb Sheriff Neil Warren and multiple state legislators (here and here and here and here and here for a few examples) have already made their objections clear with letters. We hope that you will join them.

We hope that you will be kind enough to reply. If you are unwilling to help, please explain ?

Thank you,

Your very concerned conservative voter,

name here_____________
